Reservation Policies

To secure a reservation at La Villa Bella, a payment equal to 50% of the total rental rate is required 60 days prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 50% balance of the total rental rate is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellations or changes:

​

A written notice via email, fax or letter is required for cancellation.

• Ninety (90%) of payment made toward the total rental rate shall be refunded if reservation is cancelled sixty (60) days prior to arrival date.

• Fifty (50%) of any payment made toward the total rental rate shall be refunded if reservation is cancelled in writing 30-59 days prior to reservation date.

• No amount shall be refunded if reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to reservation date. Should unforeseen circumstances occur, we will negotiate a suitable alternative date.
